13.1 phwine's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where certain service providers (such as cloud infrastructure or cybersecurity providers) process data outside the Philippines, phwine ensures that such transfers comply with the cross-border transfer provisions of the Data Privacy Act.
