You must be at least 21 years of age and located in the Philippines to use phwine. PAGCOR sets the minimum gambling age at 21. Creating an account if you are under 21 is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law, and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player may hold only one phwine account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your phwine Login credentials.
phwine operates under a valid PAGCOR licence. These Terms are subject to and consistent with PAGCOR's regulations. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR's rules, PAGCOR's rules take precedence. Philippine law governs all disputes.
Attempting to exploit technical errors, using automated software, colluding with other players, engaging in chip dumping, or any other form of fraudulent conduct is strictly prohibited. phwine reserves the right to void wagers and close accounts where such behaviour is detected.
phwine provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these tools. phwine may impose mandatory limits where problem gambling indicators are identified. Gambling is entertainment, not a way to generate income.
Under PAGCOR licensing requirements, phwine holds player funds separately from operational funds. Your PHP balance is protected and not commingled with company operating capital. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with phwine's published payout procedures.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with phwine's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and phwine governing your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the registration process on the phwine Login page or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 phwine reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phwine platform. This age requirement is set by PAGCOR and reflects the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law. phwine has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
3.2 Philippine Residency and Access: The phwine platform is operated under a PAGCOR licence and is intended for use by persons located within the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted, and you represent that your use of the Platform does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.3 Disqualified Persons: The following persons are not eligible to hold a phwine account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have been self-excluded from phwine or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phwine or its service providers; (d) persons who have been excluded from gambling under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR order.
3.4 phwine conducts age and identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and verification, and to update such information promptly if it changes.
4.1 Single Account Policy: Each Player may hold only one (1) phwine account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended, balances being voided, and the matter being reported to PAGCOR.
4.2 Account Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. phwine reserves the right to request additional identity documents at any time. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwine Login credentials. You must notify phwine support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. phwine will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, phwine is required by PAGCOR to verify your identity. Accepted documents include PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, and UMID card. Failure to complete verification within the required period may result in suspension of withdrawal rights.
5.1 All transactions on the phwine platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phwine does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency.
5.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is ₱200. phwine reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time, subject to prior notice.
5.3 Accepted Payment Methods: phwine accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and InstaPay, subject to the availability and terms of each payment provider.
5.4 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard processing times are 5–30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and same business day for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times outside phwine's control. phwine reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals where fraud indicators are present.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering: phwine is subject to the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance requirements. phwine may suspend withdrawals, request supporting documentation, and report transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Deposited funds must originate from legitimate sources.
5.6 You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
6.1 All games available on the phwine platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live game mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are final, except as set out in Section 6.3 below.
6.2 The rules applicable to each specific game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for reversal of a completed wager result.
6.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors: phwine reserves the right to void wagers where: (a) a technical malfunction affects the integrity of the game outcome; (b) a wager was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error; (c) a wager was placed in violation of applicable game rules or these Terms. In such circumstances, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's PHP wallet.
6.4 Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. phwine reserves the right to apply individual account-level wager limits at its discretion.
7.1 phwine may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published with the relevant promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
7.3 phwine reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
7.4 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures, including through matched betting with bonus funds, use of multiple accounts, or other abusive conduct, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
8.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the phwine platform:
8.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, phwine may immediately suspend the Account, void affected wagers, forfeit any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.
9.1 phwine is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements and as a genuine operating principle. Gambling at phwine is intended as entertainment. It should never be viewed as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.
9.2 Available Tools: The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account dashboard: (a) daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; (b) session loss limits; (c) session time reminders; (d) temporary cooling-off periods; (e) permanent self-exclusion.
9.3 Self-Exclusion: A Player who self-excludes from the phwine platform will have their account suspended for the elected period. During self-exclusion, no new account may be registered. phwine will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by a self-excluded Player.
9.4 Mandatory Limits: phwine may impose mandatory deposit or loss limits on any Account where gambling behaviour consistent with problem gambling indicators is identified. phwine will notify the Player of any mandatory limit applied.
9.5 Age Restriction: 21+ All phwine services are strictly for persons aged 21 and above. If you believe you may be developing a problem with gambling, please use the self-exclusion tool in your Account dashboard or contact phwine support for assistance.
10.1 All content on the phwine platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements, is the property of phwine or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without phwine's prior written consent.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phwine's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHP Wallet in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 phwine shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.3 phwine does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and third-party infrastructure issues may temporarily affect Platform availability. phwine will endeavour to restore service promptly and will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phwine's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by You: You may close your phwine account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your PHP Wallet at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.
12.2 Termination by phwine: phwine reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) phwine is required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law; (c) phwine reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
12.3 Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any Bonus funds and winnings attributable to prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Deposits made from legitimate sources will be returned subject to completion of applicable verification procedures.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the phwine platform, you should first contact phwine's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through phwine's internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures.
13.3 Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
14.1 phwine reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects Player rights in a meaningful way — phwine will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account.
14.2 Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors and clarifications that do not alter the substance of Player rights, may be made without advance notice.
14.3 The current version of the Terms & Conditions, marked with its effective date, will always be accessible at phwine.org/terms-conditions.
